Ibero-American Short Film Competition
From re-appropriated foreign archival images, a poem emerges like the waves of the sea, dialoguing with the dead and the living. A cinematic spell unfolds to delve into exile. Estrangement. Longing. What does it mean to be both grandson and grandfather? To love from afar?

Christian Peyrano
Christian Peyrano is a director and actor, graduated from ENERC. He has worked as an assistant director and producer on independent projects, at the production company Rei Pictures, and as an assistant at the Mar del Plata International Film Festival. In 2024, he joined the UTDT Film Program, and in 2025 was selected for Berlinale Talents Buenos Aires.
