Ángel is a poacher who lives with his tyrannical, bad-tempered mother in the forest. When he meets Milagros and brings her home, his mother flies into a rage, claiming she does not understand her son. Considered one of the greatest films in the history of Spanish cinema.
José Luis Borau
José Luis Borau was a Spanish director, screenwriter, producer, actor and film critic. He directed Hay que matar a B. (1974), Río abajo (1984), Tata mía (1986) and Leo (2000), among others. He passed away in 2012.
