La Madrina and Perla are the whole world for “the little girl,” a universe confined within the four walls of a studio apartment with a single window that opens onto nowhere. The only disruptions to the space and its monotony are Perla’s blood transfusion sessions and the almost anonymous sexual encounters of the girl.
Luis Ortega
Luis Ortega is a film and television director and screenwriter. He directed the features Black Box (2002), Blessed Summer (2011), Lulu (2014), El ángel (2018), and Kill the Jockey (2024), among others. He also wrote and directed the series Historia de un clan (2015).
