Pulque, te quiero
Pulque, Sacred Spirit
Ibero-American Short Film Competition
Pulque, the sacred drink of the gods, preserves the memory of Mayahuel, goddess of fertility, and Patecatl, lord of fermentation. In pulquerías -spaces of resistance and affection- the echo of the ancestral persists. The living symbols of the imagination guide us through the story of Xólotl, announcing the rebirth of a cycle that reveals the path to protect ecosystems and restore the balance between nature and tradition.
