No Longer Me
UBA Short Film Competition
Maca, a 24 year old girl, decides to embark on a trip through the north of Argentina in search of a plant that will heal her skin. Along the way she will try to ask the locals for directions. But these beings will give her everything but that. In the end, Maca discovers that her skin doesn't need to heal; instead she learns that the change of her skin means to grow and let go.
It is screened together with Entre el cielo y la tierra, Sol de noche, Todos mis demonios and Después del silencio
Magdalena Ewert
Magdalena Ewert graduated in Audiovisual Design (UBA). She works in postproduction as an animator and coordinator. She directed the shorts Ser un bebé (2022) and Vísperas de un no sé qué (2022).
María Celeste Beros
María Celeste Beros graduated in Audiovisual Design (UBA). She works as an animator and illustrator, and is currently a motion designer. No Longer Me is her first short film.
