Silvia Cassini wants to look ahead, rebuild her life, and find again the happiness she lost with María Elisa, the only child from a first marriage that was cut short, and Ernesto, her new husband. But an unexpected event forces her to look back at the past. Kate Benson, an English filmmaker, has arrived in the country to film a fragment of Silvia’s life, inexorably linked to the most dramatic events in Argentina’s recent history. Past and present, fiction and reality intertwine in the story.
Lita Stantic
Lita Stantic is an Argentine director, producer and screenwriter. She has an extensive career spanning over 40 years in the film industry and is one of the key figures of the socalled New Argentine Cinema. She worked on titles such as Miss Mary, Crane World, La ciénaga, A Red Bear, Paraguayan Hammock and La deuda, among many others.
