Just Thoughts
Ibero-American Short Film Competition
Just Thoughts follows a man who, isolated in an almost deserted city, enters a space where his body and mind begin to fracture. Amid distorted memories and heavy silences, he confronts a pain he has avoided for far too long. A fly, which seems to watch him with unsettling insistence, acts as a witness to the darkest corners of his inner self.
Daniel Jácome
Daniel Jácome co-founded two animation studios, El Hombre Invisible and Alicia Animation House, and participated in the creation of the national animators' guild. His animated short Awki was selected for Chilemonos, a festival that qualifies films for the Academy Awards. He created the documentary-style web series Cuarto piso and En el centro del tercer planeta, a documentary series for children. He also works as an advisor at Bolivia Lab.
