Olga is a 60-year-old nurse who lives in El Mollar, a beautiful valley in Tucumán Province, Argentina. She has lived alone for years with her son Rubén, a young man full of hopes who is about to leave to study abroad. While Olga helps her son raise the money to leave, she meets Stefano, a younger French tourist. The prospect of impending loneliness and her new romantic relationship awaken contradictions and questions in Olga about her own long-deferred desires.
