While the city appears subdued and undisturbed by those who move through it, Felipe and Marta navigate it as best they can while slowly learning to inhabit this space far from home. Amid the nostalgia that overwhelms them in a cold, hectic, and bustling San José, a rupture in their daily lives forces them to confront what they carry with them and what they are willing to care for.
Diego Valverde León
Diego Valverde León has worked on short films, music videos, commercials, and television. He worked as a grip on Memorias de un cuerpo que arde and has worked on four Costa Rican series, in camera and cinematography roles. He is currently beginning his career as a director.
