Trabajo para César
The Blindman
International Feature Film Competition
In the stifling heat of a public hospital’s hallways, “El Ciego” waits for a solution to his constant headaches. He is a forty-year-old policeman, suspended from the force, without family or work, surviving on his sister’s weekly remittances, which lately are no longer enough. Then an opportunity arises: to work for César. Suddenly, he becomes a loyal and reliable employee, moving across the big city. Until a special assignment threatens to become a problem. Written and directed by Braian Brown, the story plunges into the everyday life of an antihero caught between loyalty, need, and the constant tension of his circumstances.
